Do I need to have the necessary beauty equipment?

No, you don't. The beautician arrives with the items necessary for the treatment, including products and instruments, lights, towels, extension cord etc.

Does the customer need a sitting or lying opportunity for herself/himself?

Yes - the beautician performs work on the salon chair brought along but in order to perform certain treatments, it is necessary for the customer to be able to sit or lie down. For instance, in the case of pedicure, the opportunity to sit on a sofa or armchair; in the case of a facial treatment, the possibility to lie on a sofa or bed, next to which the beautician places his or her chair.

Can I book a specific beautician?

Yes - inform us by writing, calling or booking through the booking form, include your request in the additional information field.

What happens after you make a service inquiry?

Once you have sent your request, we will let the suitable beautician know and take care of matching the times. The booking is confirmed only when we send a confirmation letter to the email you have entered in the request. The booking confirmation describes the list of booked treatments with prices, the date and time, approximate duration, name of the beautician and your address where the services will be provided.

Is there any transport fee added to the beauty treatments?
